Alarm suggestions?
So, i've read about stealth-installs for alarms and all...
But what brand/model would be recommended? Just had some people scoping out my car IN MY DRIVEWAY while I was at home. I did not hear them, so Mr. Springfield cannot be deployed to thwart theft.
My current car security is my home arsenal, which I cannot always take with me.
I want something that is effective & loud as fuck, so that I will be woken up if someone decides they want my car THAT bad.

Thats why this is called "OneCamOnly" . For some its not about the price. Its about the pride in which they take in building a Single Cam motor that stomps on all others. Sure it might cost a little more money for someone to get what they want out of a Single Cam motor. But doing a swap is too easy. Step up!
Where D's are better then B's and F always comes before K

It's been about twelve years since I did any installs, but from the 70's all the way up to the late 90's I probably installed at least two thousand alarms. When I left the industry Clifford and DEI were absolutely the very best. The Clifford had a ton of cool features but the DEI line was much simpler and faster to install. Since then Clifford has been bought out by DEI, but from what I hear they left the designers and engineers alone and only financed them.

We have a local guy that does AWESOME installs. He prefers DEI systems though. He has a write-up on CH, but can do stealth installs for you or give you VERY good pointers.

Thanks guys, got one the other day.
Happy with the install. I'll probably stealth it someday, but for now it's good to go!
