Default Bodywork?

What's up,

I have a two bodywork issues one on my 95 Civic hatch; where the previous owner scraped the right rear side of the car against something. Probably the side of his garage or something because it's near the front of the right rear wheel well.

It's not pushed in far, it's more like a lateral crease. I have no idea how to fix this. My second is on my 98 Civic coupe two people have backed into it my neighbor and some guy at Costco, it has a small dent right where the line in the body for the door jamb is; and another dent a little further back right by the lower front of the left rear wheel well.

I thought about welding rods to that dent and using a slide hammer; but I've never done that, and again, I'm not to sure if that would fix it right. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks all!
Peace,
Tee
