Default retarded charging system
ok since ive owned this sedan ive had an issue with the charging system light coming on...

well ive replaced the alternator with a know good one, all the positives/grounds replaced or cleaned up, and a brand new battery to boot. even replaced the eld.

seems though as it comes and goes when it feels like it or at a very very long light sometime. my best guess would be that its probably the ecu acting up. ive replaced everything i could replace. even did wire tracing to spots here and there looking for answers.

anybody have any thoughts on this....

my 89 civic lx sedan lol.

i replaced the last ground on the car wednesday evening. it has only shown the battery light once since then. i still wonder what it could be though. drives me nuts....
