Where to get ONE JDM 96-98 Civic Amber Fog?

I installed a set of amber JDM DEPO fog lights (glass) on my '96 Civic just a few months ago.

Just a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the passenger side fog light was cracked. It actually looks like a bullet hole through the middle with cracks radiating out from it. It still works and I have the hole covered with clear tape for now.

I contacted the vendor on ebay that I got them from and he said that he'll check to see if he has a spare passenger side fog light, but no word yet.

Anyone know where I can get one? I only need the fog light, not any wiring or hardware.
