I was highly satisfied with the shipping time, and with a 14 month warranty I cant see how you could go wrong. I chose 6000K as the color temp to replace my low beam (9006) with HIDs. They say 6000K is 3 times the light output of the typical stock bulb and I think it's probably at least 3 time the output of my Silverstar Ultras (which I may sell mad cheap soon here LOL). These bitches are literally night vs. day when compared with the Silverstars.
I got the package and read the directions. I read in one of my wifes text books that the ballast in a HID system produces approximately 15,000 volts to bridge the gap and ignite the xenon, so I figured I better read the directions so I dont fry myself. Well the directions blow goats professionally. They were horrible. The wiring diagram and the step by step didnt match up and the diagram shows a relay and direct connection to the battery that arent needed or even recommended. So I went with the plug and play method. I plugged the bulbs into the ballast and plugged the ballast into the stock headlight connector bada bing bada boom HID's are done dude.
The hardest part of the whole thing was mounting the ballasts in a safe secure position. I ended up using two factory threaded holes because the mounting bolts the ballasts came with are identical to the standard 10mm Honda body panel bolt.
Here's my pics. You may not like projectors in a civic but you gotta love the cutoff.
Now the good stuff
HID only
HID and High Beam (HB is aimed low because of the housing, it really just enhances the low beam and widens it)
Pic from 3 feet off the ground at 30 feet away, almost no glare.
