I thought of that the only thing is that the throttle body i put on when i did the swap had no tps problems. The guy who did the swap for me said that an adjustable cam gear and some timing adjustments will probably solve the problem. Im also wondering if it could be a faulty egr valve.

Adjust your TPS according to the Honda Repair Manual, then set your idle to 650 rpm's by adjusting the TB idle adjustment screw.

Minor vacuum leak that causes the IACV to go bonkers overcorrecting for the leak.

Doublecheck the valve timing, cam timing, and TPS first, though.

Sounds like an IACV/ vac leak to me. When I changed to a Z6 manifold I used the wrong TB gasket and had a crazy idle, kinda like yours just way way worse. This was all caused by a vac leak. I changed back to the original gasket and fixed!

I'm actually have the identical problem right now, I've looked for obvious stuff and can't find it. It def seems like a vacuum leak though.

They ask for help and when you give it to them, they just ignore you!
