We are just trying to give all of you members the oportunity to be an influance in the site.. Its not that hard. Maybe we should just be done with the ROTM.

Thats why this is called "OneCamOnly" . For some its not about the price. Its about the pride in which they take in building a Single Cam motor that stomps on all others. Sure it might cost a little more money for someone to get what they want out of a Single Cam motor. But doing a swap is too easy. Step up!
Where D's are better then B's and F always comes before K

Just don't give up on it... If you want to make it an easy choice, just choose yourself from either any car on the site, or from any of the cars nominated. So far it appears to be only 2 cars nominated so far. If it was me, and if it was my site, I'd just choose a random car each month. Or whatever... Just don't drop it all together, something can be worked out.

I think this just needs to be more systematic.
I think the nominating just needs to removed all together. And just put everyones active thread on a multiple choice poll for the first week. After the first week the "Top X amount of cars" will be in a single choice poll. This "Nomination period" will give the people an incentive to update some pictures, make some changes, whatever.
And if you want votes, just send a quick auto PM to everyone asking them to vote, containing a link to the ROTM thread....
However, this idea would lead to a very incestuous group of nominated cars. Lets face it, some people have larger budgets, and more time.
So essentially, you could just randomly pick people to nominate.

This is problematic as the current vBulletin software only allows you up to 10 options per poll. There are more than 10 active build threads so there needs to be some way of weeding out the 10.

A random pick would be cool with me as well, but what car's are we randomly picking from?
