My question is , would 11.6:1 be too much compression for a supercharged d16, if so then i would get a thicker head gasket to lower it to either 11.0:1 or 10.7:1 .
P.S ( I also have large injectors waiting to be installed).

Nope. It'll be fun. Just watch your plugs for signs of detonation. You'll have to pull a lot of timing, but, a setup like that won't need much timing at all to make good power.

At least 170WHP. More probably, but, you'd have to have good tuning and invest in some good parts.

Not going to happen for long with a cast piston and stock valves.
The JRSC was designed with the A6 pistons in mind. Why lose the much needed compression?

Thats why this is called "OneCamOnly" . For some its not about the price. Its about the pride in which they take in building a Single Cam motor that stomps on all others. Sure it might cost a little more money for someone to get what they want out of a Single Cam motor. But doing a swap is too easy. Step up!

Umm/?????? In what good parts should I invest?????? I would like to run 8 psi on it , don't think I will up the boost more because it will cause heat problems and I would love to see 180 whp. Does anyone know how high could the motor be revved with the JRSC??

Not much more than 7500RPM.
Don means forged pistons and rods.
The whole issue with most JRSC builds is simply that the M45 is too small. The M62 is much better suited to our engines. This was, in fact, done, but, finding a used Endyn kit is effing hard to do. Fabbing it up yourself isn't the hardest thing in the world, but, it takes time, paitence and helps to have a lot of spare parts for mockup.
a small turbo is generally much easier and less expensive to deal with, and will give comparable or better results since it will be easier to intercool.

the formala for how hard you can rev it is crack pulley diameter X SC pulley diameter x max engine rpm. that must be most then 14000RPM ie rotor rpm
so in my case crack pulley is 6" super charger pulley is going to be 3.1" and rev limit set to 7500rpm
so 6x3.1x7500= 13900
im not sure what boost that will be tho. but i have taken the SC to it limit safely. still busy with the build.
